Present: John Simon, Jim Rivers, Hank Tenney, Len Lavin, Duane Welch, Jim Charland, Tom Ebol, Bill Makarawicz, Pierre Lafitte, Terry Galley, Terry Warren, Norm Lafrenier, Bob Thomas, Mark Cherbonneau

Duane Welch opened the meetng at 5:15 p.m. The purpose for this meeting is to set the Agenda for the Annual Meeting of the membership on March 1, 1015.

The agenda will include the following:

Meeting will be opened by the president or designated board member.

3. Secretary/Treasurer's Report

4. Apprentice Report

5. Rules Interpreter Report (Emphasis on pitching rules)

6. Supervisor's Report

7. Evaluator Report

8. Regional Assignor Chairman

9. Regional Reports (1-6)

10. Special Awards (5-10-15-20-25-30-35 years/Hall of Fame)

11. Constitutional changes (providing notices have been sento to members at least 15 days prior to the meeting and has been put on the NHSUA website).

A slate of officers will be presented by the Executive Board, however anyone may be nominated by the membership for any of the above listed offices at the Annual meeting.
